Place in Time Shiraz

Place in Time wines are outstanding single vineyard wines produced only from great vintages . We have released this wine with 5 years of bottle age, it is at a wonderful point to be enjoyed.  The fruit was sourced from a vineyard in Greenock in the North Western corner of the Barossa Valley. The 2012 growing season produced balanced vines with small concentrated berries. The wine was naturally fermented by wild yeast in small open fermenters before it was basket pressed into a mix of new and older French and American oak barriques for maturation. At blending we selected the two best barrels to make this Place in Time Shiraz.
